The objective of Travel Direct, a global business travel company, was to enhance their presence at B2B trade shows while showcasing their portfolio of services. Our approach aimed to depart from the traditional trade show booth setup by creating a dynamic footprint that told a compelling story aligned with their brand promise, while also highlighting their services and tools through digital activations and interactive touch points. This led to our guiding theme, "At Your Service," positioning Travel Direct as the business travel partner with hand-tailored solutions to help businesses discover opportunities anywhere by providing access everywhere.
To help bring this vision to life, we also introduced The Accommodator, a charismatic character personifying Travel Direct’s role as the mastermind behind-the-scenes, orchestrating business travel with a personal touch.
